San Diego Weekend
Jimmy had a four day weekend so we headed off to San Diego! I absolutely love San Diego, it is beautiful! We stayed in the Downtown Gaslamp district at the Courtyard Marriott hotel and walked almost everywhere downtown. There were so many places to eat, shop and play tourist :)
We also went to Sea World and enjoyed all the shows..they are honoring all the Heros in the Military so we got in free-that was awesome. We also went to La Jolla beach and to the waterfront walk. We saw CG station San Diego and walked down on the waterfront. We had a great weekend getaway! :)

Love the pictures, looks like a great place for a little vacation.
The picture of the tree sign is interesting...it says the tree is a native of southeastern U.S. ...which is NC, but have you ever heard them called "Little Gem"? But it'll be a neat nickname for Ms Maggie :)
