Sigh...
Thanks to my wonderful sister in law I now have a background and some music on my page! Thanks Anna!
This week has gone by pretty fast. One of my closest friends-Sarah, got married today. I am sad I had to miss the wedding, my mom and sisters went and I have already gotten the call letting me know how beautiful she looked!! It is so much harder than I thought being in California. Of course I wouldnt trade being with Jimmy for ANYTHING but it has been hard missing all the family gatherings, Sammy's cheer competiton and all the millions of other things that goes on when your whole family lives in the same town! I know that being a military wife is only for the strong and I am so glad God has been making me strong. I love my husband so much & I know I am blessed!!
So It is almost time for some turkey!! We will be eating some this time next weekend with our Cali Parkers & boy are we ready!! I went shopping today and got a few things to make the house look like Christmas!! I got some throw pillows, candles, snowmen salt n peper shakers, decorative kitchen towels and a new centerpiece for the kitchen table!! I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!! I think we are skipping the tree(not enough room for one) so my decorating is gonna have to do till next year!! Next year we will have a tree no matter what!! :)

i love the page, and your upbeat positive outlook on military life!!
You are a tough cookie and i am proud of you, you are a HUGE step above most wives, because you went out and found a job to keep you busy while Jimmy is at work!!
That is half the battle right there! Keeping busy. You have it figured out my little sissy in law :)
I love the Holiday touches ;) I can picture you having Christmas music on, and a cinnamon candle burning, and some hot chocolate brewing:) Perfect, cozy little home :)
xoxo
Your house looks so inviting, I'll just stop in have a cup of chocolate :). Anna "hit the nail on the head" about staying busy. I remember one year when Billy was gone everyone got me needlepoint & cross stich patters for Christmas.
Hi, Tabby
This is Lane Cross, Taylor's dad. Anna got me started on this whole blog answering thing and now when I ask about you and Jimmy she tells me to blog you. Charlie and I are so proud of you. We know haw hard it is as we have moved alot and were in Switzerland for 6 months when the children were very young. It isn't easy and isn't always fun but the relationship that you are building with Jimmy is far stronger than what it would be other wise. Hope you and Jimmy have a wonderful Thanksgiving. We are looking forward to seeing all our children and rubbing Anna's tummy.
Lane & Charlie Cross
