Update!

Hello all. I know I am bad with the updating and I said I would get better, but Parker keeps me VERY BUSY! So the last few months have been busy. Parker and I went to NC for the whole month of March and a few weeks of April. Jimmy was busy in Tampa with his crew working on the boat. We had a great time being home, AFTER the first week. Parker got off his schedule so the first week was not so fun..so I hardly slept the first week, actually neither one of us did but that's okay we worked it out and the rest of our visit was fun. Parker and I got to see both sets of grandparents everyday and I enjoyed not being alone like I would have been if I stayed in FL. We got to have easter in NC, go to a special church service dedicated to my 96 year old great great granddaddy, visit with Jessica & Beck. Of course we did much much more than that during our visit but those were a few highlights and have a few other playdates. Parker got very spoiled being back in NC..he loved it! By the end of our visit I was ready to get home and get settled back into our home with our things, our bed and with our daddy :p Jimmy was glad to have us home..he was waiting at the airport with his cute polo shirt and a huge grin! Since being home we have been relaxing and watching Parker grow and grow. A few weekends ago we drove to Tampa for the day and went to Busch Gardens. My parents were chaperones for the Dixon seniors so we met up with them. Jimmy and I took advantage of my parents watching Parker as we rode the rides...It was fun. Parker is such a sweet pea. He is full of life. Loves to "talk", smile, giggle and play..he really loves his jumper roo. He is still a huge mommas boy but he loves his daddy too. At his 4 month check up he was 16 1/2 pounds! I can only imagine how much he is going to weight at his 6 month check up..I can hardly carry him in his carseat! Pretty soon he will be scooting around then walking. I would also like to announce that Parker is sleeping through the night and in his own room! He is eating solids once a day and learning to drink from a sippy cup..he has to have juice once a day or some of the veggies will stop the poor thing up! He is still rolling over from his tummy to back and trying to get from back to tummy now, and he is sorta sitting up on his own! Such a big boy!! Well I suppose I need to go, Parker is doing a little bit of fussing. We love you all and thanks for keeping up with this blog even though Im not so great at it! :)
